About Me
Welcome to my site! I'm Kelly Anne Fitzpatrick and I am a recent graduate of the Journalism program at the University of Miami (December 2010). I am currently a freelance writer/reporter in the Stuart, Fla. area. In addition to my academic pursuits, in college I was a writer and the Assistant Copy Chief for Ibis Yearbook and interned at Gulfstream Media Group, Miami Magazine by Modern Luxury Media and CollegeFashionista.com. My non-journalistic interests are all over the map and include all Boston sports teams, soaking up Miami's beautiful weather and culture, traveling and any and all live music.
At this site you can find my resume and writing samples, as well as my blog, which I wrote while studying at the Salzburg Academy on Media and Global Change. There is also a "Just for Fun" link with a page of stuff that I find fun and interesting; at the moment that is getting the least of my attention so don't be disappointed if there's nothing exciting there.
